Exception-Access-Violation error when trying to create an attribute type

I am trying to create an attribute type with

at = create(atName, names, values, errMsg)

Sometimes I get an EXEPTION-ACCESS-VIOLATION error, sometimes not.

Anybody have an idea, why this could be?

Sorry, all.
Found the problem.
The part of the script that created the strings and values for the type in some cases generated non-matching numbers of these.
